While everyone is arguing if béchamel is more Italian than ricotta, I am sitting here thinking, what he does with all the food he cooked. I mean, each pan "thingy" could feed like 4 - 5 people... Does Babi just throw huge pasta party for all friends he has, cook it during multiple days and eat pasta for 2 weeks straight or.... that is the real Q for me...

Learn how to cook. The way you poured form one pan to the other was laughable. If you use enough sauce you don't need to cook the past ahead of time. You are also suppose to use cold sauce not hot. You don't need to cook the sauce for an hour and a half. Idiot.

The reason steaks are ok to be cooked rare, is because the bacteria and other harmful substances are on the beef’s surface (unlike chicken and pork, which can have issues within the meat). Since the surface of the steak is cooked over 150 degrees, all harmful substances are killed off. So, whether or not you grind your beef at home or pick it up at a store does not matter. You are still mixing the surface meat into the rest of the ground beef. This means that all that bacteria, among other things, is living safely inside of the patty that you just cooked rare.

OLIVER YOU GOT A LOT OF UGOTZ TO THINK YOU CAN DO A SECOND ONE OF THESE SOPRANO EPISODES AND NOT COVER LINCOLN LOG SANDWICHES. I HAD A LOTTA RESPECT FOR YOU AT ONE POINT BUT NOW IM ON MY LAST IODA WITH YOU. TO ANY AND ALL READING i WILL UPLOAD A GOURMET VERSION OF THE LINCOLN LOG ON MY CHANNEL NEXT WEEK. TO ANYONE WHO IS UNFAMILIAR "Sunday night's episode of the Soprano's, The Second Coming, had one of the most disturbing scenes in the history of the show. No, Tony didn't whack another relative (this time). The scene that was so hard to watch was Carmela preparing a dish called Lincoln Log sandwiches. Carmela could be seen spreading cream cheese into the middle of four sliced hot dogs that were placed on two slices of bread. When her son, AJ, came down stairs, Carmela proudly announced that she had made Lincoln Log sandwiches and presented the dish to AJ. AJ passed on the sandwiches and went directly out to the pool to drown himself once Carmela left the house. AJ has been suffering from depression on the show, and I guess the Lincoln Log sandwiches pushed him over the edge. Luckily, Tony came home and heard AJ struggling in the pool in time to pull him out, but not before managing to scarf down about half of a Lincoln Log sandwich. Yumbo!"

In 20-30 minutes the noodles will be the perfect tenderness for assembly. edit: Also, go halfsies ricotta and cottage cheese.
