    Ingredients :
    5 egg yolks (蛋黄)
    1 egg (全蛋)
    60g corn oil(玉米油)
    100ml pandan juice ~ 4 pandan leaves blended with 100ml water(4片班兰叶加100毫升水打烂)
    60g plain flour(普通面粉)
    20g corn flour (玉米粉)
    5 egg whites (蛋白)
    1/4 tsp salt(盐)
    90g caster sugar (细砂糖)

    I'd would love the taste more with coconut milk combined with taste of pandanus. Can u help me with the measurements if coconut milk is added in into the recipe. Tq

      I love it with coconut milk too since pandan alone taste like grass.😅
      Tricks: Instead of water, use coconut milk to blend the pandan leaves. 😊

    Hi, I can see that your top layer of the cake is so smooth ( Brown skin). A lot of time when I bake my butter or marble cakes I do get good quality cakes but the top part is wrinkled and I'm not sure why is that so. Another question is after baking 1 or 2 days later the top layer is slightly moist like wet but I see that your cakes has very firmed top layer. Can you pls advice?

    do we have to wait till the corn oil cool down to add the fluor or add the fluor when the corn oil still hot?
